Before your initial session, you will be asked to complete a Client Intake Form. To ensure proper therapy at every subsequent session it is the client's responsibility to always inform the massage therapist of new and existing health conditions.
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment; times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are late for your massage appointment, you will be provided as much massage time as available within the scheduled time slot. You will, however, still be responsible for the full amount for your scheduled session.
Cancellation policies include an 8 hour notice for cancellation or appointment changes. This is a courtesy to our therapists as well as other clients who would like to schedule an appointment. If you are a no call/no show you will incur a $30 penalty fee and if after 2 no call/no shows we have the right to dismiss you as a client and refer you to another therapist.
Walk-Ins are welcome depending on availability of therapists.
Appointments should be confirmed the day before the scheduled massage.
Payment is due upon receipt of service. Cash, checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express are all acceptable forms of payment. Please make checks payable to your therapist.
Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
